WHAT does a basic sale include?
For a basic sale we will perform an inventory, plus pricing, tagging, advertising of the Sale.

Do you offer appraisals?

YES. We offer some appraisals for estates. (Limited)

HOW much time will you need to get ready before the sale opens?

We will need one to three weeks, depending on the size of the estate.

WHAT resources do you use when pricing estate merchandise?

EXPERIENCE PRIMARILY over 25 years combined Internet and comp sales: We frequent auctions, and other resources to set market value.

HOW will you market and advertise the estate sale?

Flyers, Internet, newspaper, your resident paper will be used.

WHAT selling methods will you use to get the highest price for the collection?

Items will be tagged individual1y, use of a bid box and discounts on the last day of the sale. Individual price is based on value of the item to be sold. Some items will be displayed on The Internet i.e. Craigslist or other methods. 

HOW many people will be working the sale?

There will be a minimum of two up to six people working depending on the size of the sale.

WHAT types of security measures do you take to protect the collection from damage and pilfer?

Contents are kept under lock and key until the sale.

CAN I set a minimum price on some items in the collection?

Yes, but this could affect the time it takes to sell the item.

WHAT if I change my mind on something and want to keep it after the sale begins?

You would need to bid on the item once the sale has started, if not sold 50% of listed Price will apply.

WHAT other options do you offer for the items,which do not sell during the ESTATE SALE?

Options include consignment of items for later sale, donating items to Charity, or extending the sale.

WHAT type of accounting and reporting of the results of the sale will you provide?

Prior to the sale, an inventory can be made by the owner. After the sale, receipts will be provided.

WHEN will I receive payment?

Between two and five days after completion of your sale.

CAN you provide me with a proposal for services?

YES

DO you have a written contract?

YES

DO you require a retainer for services?

NO-unless there are certain situations but typically not.
